Jeff was so nice and helpful when I called in and did his best to address my problem as soon as possible. I am so happy with how quickly someone was sent out to fix my problem, and I just had to call and thank them. Shane was incredibly helpful as well and fixed the issue immediately! I would love to have him back. Thanks for all your help!

I was favorably impressed with G&M from the first phone call until the final installation. I very much appreciated the fact that everyone connected with the company spent time answering my questions and helping me to decide what kind of unit I needed. They were always timely returning my phone calls and on time for appointments. Overall, they did an excellent job and I couldn't have asked for better. I have recommended G&M to friends and neighbors and shared information with them to use in the future if and when they need service.

Stellar company from owner to installers and office staff! All employees were friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Every staff member was a great ambassador for the company! Kudos to Traci for her efficiency and outstanding office skills. Can’t think of any company I’ve been more pleased with!!!

Just wanted to let you know that Ben is awesome! He did a very good job of working with us on the thermostat and how the settings work. Not sure that we got it all yet, but at least we feel more comfortable with it and he did set the periods/zones.

Ben did a great job installing my coil. He is very attentive and seems to care about what he is doing. He represents your company very well. I’m not impressed with a lot of service people, but Ben impresses me.

Thanks Phil, and just wanted to add that Perri and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job. Perri took me through the system top to bottom, and I was very pleased with the way everything turned out. He also took me through the upstairs unit, pointing out various ways to improve the system when we do replace it. He also noted a number of issue areas that I could address in the meantime to improve some leaks in the ductwork. Ben showed me how to set up the thermostat and did a great job explaining things about the heat pump. So, my thanks to all of G&M folks (including yourself) that came on quick notice. I will give you guys a recommendation to anyone thinking about or getting some work done.
